Perfection

In humanity's current state I feel perfection is somewhat of a faraway goal. Seeing that many humans still lack the ability of empathy or understanding of other humans for that matter. This then leads me to the thought that humanity is a flawed race, not minorly flawed but majorly flawed. Seeing as many humans more or less do not care for others or what one has done I feel my statement is true. Although, hopefully I believe that humans will eventually achieve perfection, yet, this may sound like I'm contradicting myself, this perfection may lead for humans to seek a higher level of perfection. Having said this, perfection is impossible and no human will ever be able to achieve it. Especially humans in this modern day in age. Thank you.
